About Bird Garden

The Bird Garden was built by the Hong Kong government and completed in 1997 as a place to house the shops catering to the song bird fanciers of Hong Kong, in a recreational environment respecting this ancient Chinese tradition. The garden is three thousand square meters in area and forms a long rectangle beside Embankment Road in Mong Kok, Kowloon.
